Pro users unlock all 8 channels, alert deduplication with cooldown windows, mute/silence periods for maintenance, custom message templates with per-channel and per-event overrides, on-call rotation scheduling with weekly recurrence and event filtering, alert digest (hourly or daily batching), unlimited alerts, and configurable history retention.
